This Kenda 29"x2.10 tire is just perfect for my Specialized 29er. I ride mainly on the streets but go off-road on occasion. The tire is quiet, soft and fast on the street and more than adequate on the mostly flat dirt I encounter when off-road. The eight rows of small knobs are perfect for street use and gives a better feel than a regular high knob tire. -- Excellent all-purpose
No one tire is perfect for every type of terrain, but the Small Block 8 comes very, very close. I've literally ridden around the world to include Germany, Korea, and the east and west coasts of my beloved USA.
